Schedule a Service

An in-home intake visit must be completed prior to any provision of services. To schedule an intake visit, please call our office at 757-258-5890.

So that we can best serve your needs, please note the following:

• Transportation requests for local trips must be received at least two to three full business days in advance.
• Transportation requests for out-of-town trips (Newport News, Richmond) must be received at least five full business days in advance.
• Requests for in-home services must be received at least five full business days in advance.

All requested services are dependent upon volunteer availability.
